CHRISTIAN SERVICE

The Christian Service ministry is comprised of the following three individual groups.

Bereavement Ministry:

Members of the Bereavement team visit the families and friends of a recently deceased member of our parish community with a loaf of bread and a sympathy card to express the love, support and prayers of our Parish. New team members are very welcome!

Get Well Card Ministry:

Team members send greeting cards to parishioners who are in the hospital or sick at home.  Be an instrument of hope and compassion by sending a message to those in our community who are suffering from illness or injury.

Bulletin Ministry:

This group sends out bulletins to parishioners who may be confined to their home due to age or illness and would like to receive our weekly Church bulletin.   If you know of someone who would like to receive the bulletin, please notify the Rectory by calling (978) 774-0340 and the name will be added to our mailing list. Contact: Linda Perrino (all three ministries)

FOOD PANTRY OUTREACH

Our Food Pantry serves the People to People Food Pantry in Danvers.  Nonperishable food items, baby diapers, baby wipes, baby shampoo etc. as well as laundry detergent, bar soap, and adult shampoo are collected during the third weekend of each month and delivered to the People to People Food Pantry.  Donations may be left at the side altar in the front of the church. PRAYER BLANKET MINISTRY

This ministry quilts 18/”X18” prayer blankets for patients at the Kaplan Family Hospice House as well for others who may be homebound, significantly ill or suffer from emotional distress.  Volunteers are needed for both the construction of the quilts and the distribution. Contact: Peg Peterson
